Photos and news from Francesca’s Horrid Henry Tour

Francesca spent 11 days touring across the country celebrating 25 years of Horrid Henry and marking publication of her new book Horrid Henry Up, Up and Away. She made stops in Manchester, Stockport, Oswestry, Birmingham, Coventry, Surrey and London, to name but a few. Over those 11 days, she met over 3,000 Horrid Henry fans. If you were one of them – thank you for coming out!

You might have also spotted Francesca and Henry on the TV on 21st March. She appeared on BBC Breakfast in the morning and later Blue Peter, alongside some amazing German magicians.

Francesca performed several sold-event events at beautiful theatres, including the 900-seater Plaza in Stockport and The Albany theatre in Coventry, where Francesca had a run in with their famous theatre ghost…! She also visited schools in Stockport, Chorleywood, Marlow, Surbiton and London.

A special thanks to all of the wonderful independent booksellers that we met along the way: Simply Books, Booka Bookshop, Kenilworth Books, Chorleywood Bookshop, Regency Books and Children’s Bookshop Muswell Hill.
